Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: October 8, 2026
You can disconnect Instagram access, delete a brand workspace, or delete your lemonsqueeze.app account and associated personal data.
Disconnect Instagram Login
- Sign in to lemonsqueeze.app.
- Open Settings, then Social accounts.
- Find the Instagram Login panel and select Disconnect. Only a brand owner can change this connection.
Disconnecting asks lemonsqueeze.app to remove the Instagram Login connection stored for that brand. You can separately revoke the app in Instagram or Meta settings. In Instagram, open Settings and activity, then Website permissions, Apps and Websites, Active, and remove lemonsqueeze.app. Menu names can change. Meta's Accounts Center may also show connected apps under Your information and permissions.
Delete a brand workspace
- Open Settings, then Organisation.
- Under Brands, find the brand and select Delete….
- Type DELETE and confirm with Delete brand forever. Only a workspace owner can delete it.
This deletes the brand workspace and its content from the active application database. Disconnect external social accounts first if you also want to revoke provider access.
Delete your account
- Sign in to lemonsqueeze.app.
- Open Settings, then Brand & account.
- Under Data & privacy, select Delete account.
- Type your email address, enter your password and confirm. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you need to have signed in within the last 15 minutes.
This deletes your account and signs you out everywhere, including the Lemonsqueeze app. Every brand that only you use is deleted with it, including its content, files and social connections, and its paid subscription ends immediately, without a refund. Brands you share with another owner stay with them. If you are the only owner of a brand that other people use, make another member an owner or delete that brand first. Disconnect external social accounts first if you also want to revoke provider access.
Request account deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email steven@lemonsqueeze.app from the email address on your account and state that you want your account data deleted. If you cannot email from that address, include enough information for us to verify the request. We may need to resolve workspace ownership or billing records before completing the request.
What the request covers
A verified request can cover account profile data, brand content, stored Instagram Login credentials and account identifiers, and Instagram comments or messages received by supported features. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Provider-held data must also be managed through that provider.
