These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lemonsqueeze.app (the "Service"), operated by lemonsqueeze ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
lemonsqueeze is a content management platform that helps you research content ideas, generate and edit scripts with AI assistance, schedule and publish posts to connected social media accounts, and analyze performance. Features may change as we improve the product.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, be at least 16 years old, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly subscription basis via Stripe. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Plan allowances are measured in credits that reset each billing period; unused credits do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) through official APIs and authorized integration partners. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms. You are responsible for ensuring content you publish complies with each platform's rules. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, API changes, account restrictions, or content removal by those platforms.
You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service, including AI-assisted scripts. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (e.g. to schedule and publish your posts, or analyze your performance data). We never use your content to train AI models or share it with other customers.
The Service uses AI models to help generate scripts, hooks, analyses, and other content. AI output may be inaccurate or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-assisted content before publishing and for its compliance with applicable law and platform rules. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content.
You may not use the Service to: publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; send spam or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior; scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; resell access without our written consent; interfere with the Service's operation; or violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The Service surfaces publicly available social media content for research and analysis. This data belongs to its respective owners and is provided for your internal research only. Do not republish others' content without permission.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of audience or reach.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms with notice where practical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
